Goldpan Klondike Solitaire · Last updated September 7 2026

Who we are

Frame Sixty, LLC ("Frame Sixty," "we," "us," or "our") publishes Goldpan Klondike Solitaire (the "app"). This policy explains how information is handled when you play, customize the app, view advertisements, make purchases, or contact us. It covers the app; websites and services you open outside the app have their own privacy policies.

For information we control, you can contact Frame Sixty, LLC at contact@framesixty.com or 1922 Cove Ln, Clearwater, FL 33764, United States.

Game information on your device

You do not need a Frame Sixty account to play. The app stores your current deal, game results and statistics, preferences, selected card designs and backdrop, and purchase entitlement information on your device. This information lets the app resume your hand, remember your settings, and recognize Premium access. The app does not upload your saved deals or game statistics to a Frame Sixty gameplay server or provide its own cloud save service.

Your operating system may include app data in device backups or transfers, depending on your settings. Those services are controlled by your device or backup provider.

Photos and device permissions

On supported devices, you can choose an image as your backdrop. The app accesses the image you select through the system picker. If you choose to take a photo, the camera is used only for that action, with permission when required. You can decline these optional features and continue playing.

The app converts the selected image to a resized copy in its private storage and does not preserve the original file metadata in that copy. The picker may also create a temporary image copy in the app's cache. It does not upload your backdrop photo to Frame Sixty, use it for advertising, scan the rest of your photo library, or alter your original image. Your system picker may retrieve a cloud-stored photo through your photo provider. The app does not request microphone, contacts, or precise location access.

Choosing a replacement photo overwrites the app's active saved photo. Choosing a built-in backdrop stops displaying your photo but does not itself delete the saved copy. You can remove app data through your device's storage controls where available. Merely revoking photo permission does not remove a copy already imported.

Advertising and privacy choices

The free version uses Google AdMob to display banner and between-hand advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them; advertising or other device identifiers; information about ads shown, viewed, or tapped; app interactions; and crash, performance, and diagnostic information. These are used to deliver and measure ads, limit repetition, detect fraud, and operate and improve advertising services. Google and participating advertising providers may combine advertising information with other information they hold, subject to your choices and applicable requirements.

Google's User Messaging Platform handles consent information and privacy choices. The app checks consent status before requesting ads. The privacy messages available to you depend on your location and the applicable advertising requirements. Where available, use Settings → Ad Privacy Choices to review or change your choices. You can also manage advertising preferences in your device settings. On Apple devices, access to the advertising identifier for tracking is subject to Apple's tracking permission controls. Declining personalized advertising or tracking does not necessarily eliminate all ads or all advertising-related data processing.

Once Premium access is recognized, the app removes its ad placements and stops new ad requests. This does not erase information previously processed by an advertising provider or prevent store communications needed for purchases.

Google explains its practices and choices at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple or Google processes purchases through your store account. The app uses Unity In-App Purchasing to communicate with the store and processes product identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens, transaction status, and subscription information to verify purchases, restore access, and determine whether Premium is active. The app may check the store at startup, including before you make a new purchase, to recognize existing access.

Unity In-App Purchasing also sends purchase-event and technical information to Unity's services. This can include purchase attempts, payments, failures, and fulfillment events; product and transaction identifiers; receipts or signed store transaction data; device, operating-system, and language information; and an Apple vendor identifier. This processing supports purchase reporting and service operation and diagnostics. It is separate from the standalone Unity Analytics gameplay service.

The app does not ask you to send Frame Sixty your payment card number or store password. Stores may provide us with purchase, sales, refund, subscription, and related operational reports under their own policies. Apple, Google, and purchase-service software handle information needed to process and support transactions. Their policies are available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/, https://policies.google.com/privacy, and https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Support and diagnostics

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or purchase information you choose to provide. We use them to respond, troubleshoot problems, and keep necessary support and business records. Please do not send payment card numbers, account passwords, or personal photos that are not needed for your request.

The app does not use a separate gameplay analytics service, and standalone Unity Analytics and Unity cloud crash reporting are not enabled. Advertising and purchasing SDKs still process the information described above. Apple or Google may also make usage or crash reports available to us according to their platform practices and your sharing settings. Reports can contain device, operating-system, app-version, and technical error information.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use information to provide the game and requested features, manage Premium access, answer support requests, maintain security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. Advertising providers use information as described in the advertising section.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you for requested features and purchases; consent for processing that requires it, including certain advertising activities; legitimate interests in responding to support requests, maintaining security, and improving reliability, balanced against your rights; and legal obligations for required records and responses. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal. We do not use app information to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be handled by Google, Apple, and Unity as described above, and by email or hosting providers that help us respond to support requests. We may disclose information we hold when legally required, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures may nevertheless be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; the choices below apply where those laws give you such rights.

Frame Sixty is based in the United States. Support, advertising, and store information may be processed in other countries with different privacy laws. Where required, transfers must have an applicable legal basis and safeguards, such as approved contractual protections. The linked provider policies explain their transfer arrangements.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until it is replaced, cleared, or removed. The active saved photo remains until replaced or removed from app storage; temporary cached copies may remain until the system clears them or app data is removed. On mobile devices, deleting the app or clearing its app data generally removes its local data; offloading an app may retain it. On a Mac, removing the application alone may leave app support files. Device backups may also retain copies until you remove them through your backup provider. Uninstalling does not delete store purchase records or cancel a subscription.

We retain support correspondence and records we receive only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary business records, prevent fraud, or satisfy legal requirements. The purpose of the record, outstanding disputes, and applicable legal retention periods determine that duration. Google, Apple, Unity, and other providers maintain information under their own policies. Frame Sixty cannot retrieve or remotely erase a saved hand or photo that exists only on your device.

Your rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information we hold; request restricted processing; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Use the in-app and device advertising controls described above, or contact us for help exercising your rights. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your request and will respond within the applicable legal time limits. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Where applicable, an authorized agent may act for you subject to verification, and you may appeal a denied request by replying to our response.

You can also complain to the privacy regulator where you live, including your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area or the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom. Information controlled independently by a store or advertising provider may require a request to that provider.

Children and security

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our support services. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Where a higher age or parental authorization is required for a particular activity, that requirement applies.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle, including app-private storage and access controls for support information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Protect your device, store account, and backups.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or request consent when required. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to contact@framesixty.com or Frame Sixty, LLC, 1922 Cove Ln, Clearwater, FL 33764, United States.
