About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Goldpan Klondike Solitaire (the "app"), published by Frame Sixty, LLC ("Frame Sixty," "we," "us," or "our"). They explain the rules for using the app, optional purchases, and our respective responsibilities. By using the app, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the app. Your mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

Eligibility and the game

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and authorize your use. Purchases require the authorization of the relevant store account holder and compliance with store rules.

Goldpan is a solitaire game for personal entertainment. Scores, achievements, cards, and other in-game items have no cash value. Playing does not involve wagering money or winning cash prizes. Deals are not guaranteed to be winnable, and hints do not guarantee a successful game.

License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and applicable store rules, we grant you a limited, personal license to install and use the app on compatible devices you own or control. You may use ordinary device backup and restore functions as permitted by the platform. You receive permission to use the app, not ownership of its software or artwork.

You must not use the app unlawfully; bypass purchase or security protections; distribute unauthorized copies; interfere with the app or its services; or infringe another person's rights. Restrictions on reverse engineering, modification, or copying apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.

Customization and personal photos

Some backdrops and card designs are free, while others require Premium. Availability can vary by app version, device, and storefront. Features that depend on a device capability, such as selecting or taking a photo, may not be available on every platform.

You retain your rights in photos you choose as a backdrop. You are responsible for having permission to use them. You authorize only the local processing needed to display, resize, and store your chosen image for this feature. You do not grant us a right to publish your photo or use it in advertising. Selecting an image does not transfer ownership of it to Frame Sixty.

Free play and advertising

The free version may show banner ads and advertisements between hands. Advertising availability and content are supplied by third parties and can vary. Clicking an advertisement may open a third-party service with its own terms. An advertisement does not mean that Frame Sixty endorses the advertised product or service. Our Privacy Policy explains advertising data and privacy choices.

Once recognized by the app, Goldpan Premium removes the app's ad placements and unlocks premium backdrops and card designs. Restoring or checking a purchase may require an internet connection and the store account used to buy it.

Purchases and payment

Optional purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The offer and purchase confirmation show the available product, price, billing period, currency, taxes where applicable, and any trial or introductory offer. Those details control the purchase; we do not promise a particular price or promotion will always be available. Your store's payment and purchase terms also apply.

Goldpan Premium may be offered through monthly, three-month, or annual subscriptions, and through a separate one-time lifetime purchase where available. Each available option grants the Premium benefits described in its offer. You do not need to purchase Premium to play the free game.

Subscription renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless canceled through the store. Your store account is charged according to the offer you confirm. Price changes and any required notice or consent are handled under applicable law and store rules.

You can manage an Apple subscription in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Manage a Google Play subscription in Google Play → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel before your renewal date; for Apple trials and subscriptions, allow at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Follow the deadline and status shown by your store. Deleting the app, stopping play, or contacting Frame Sixty does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to your store's rules, refunds, and any applicable grace period. Trials and introductory offers are available only when shown to you and you meet the store's eligibility rules. A trial may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before its deadline; cancellation may end trial access earlier under the store's rules.

Lifetime purchases and restoration

A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase with no recurring renewal charge. It grants the purchased Premium entitlement without a scheduled subscription expiry. It does not promise that every future, separately released app or service is included, or that all devices and operating systems will be supported indefinitely. Nothing in this section permits us to disregard the purchased entitlement or your statutory remedies.

Use Restore Purchases or the app's store restoration process with the same store account to recover eligible purchases on a compatible device. Apple and Google Play purchases do not automatically transfer between stores. We do not promise Family Sharing unless it is expressly included in the store offer. Access may end if a purchase is refunded, revoked by the store, or no longer valid.

Refunds and consumer protections

Refunds, withdrawal rights, and billing disputes are governed by applicable law and the policies of the store that processed the payment. Request an Apple refund through https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or use Google Play's refund process. You may contact us for help identifying an app or entitlement problem. These Terms do not remove any right to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, or other remedy that the law gives you.

Saved games and availability

The app stores saved hands, preferences, and other game information locally and does not provide its own cloud synchronization service. Deleting or clearing app data, replacing a device, or losing a backup may remove progress and custom photos. Purchase restoration restores eligible paid access, not necessarily saved games or photos.

We may provide updates to improve security, compatibility, features, or content. Some store, advertising, purchase, and restoration functions require connectivity and can be unavailable during outages or maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent compatibility with every device. Where legally required, we will provide notice and appropriate remedies for material changes that affect paid access.

Ownership and third-party services

The app's software, branding, artwork, audio, and other supplied materials belong to Frame Sixty or its licensors. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own applicable licenses, available through the app's About and Licenses information. These Terms do not restrict rights those licenses grant you.

Apple, Google, advertising providers, and external websites operate their own services under their own terms. For an app obtained from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom EULA is expressly supplied for the app. These Terms supplement the applicable store license and do not replace its mandatory provisions or the store's usage rules. Warranties and responsibility

We provide the app with reasonable care. To the extent the law permits, the app is otherwise provided as available, without a promise that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by your unauthorized use, failure to protect your device or account, or third-party services outside our control, except where the law makes us responsible.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from personal use of the app. No provision excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable in your jurisdiction.

Ending use and resolving problems

You may stop using the app at any time. To stop recurring charges, you must separately cancel any subscription through your store. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a serious breach of these Terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Ending access does not remove rights or obligations that by their nature continue, including valid payment obligations and statutory remedies.

Please contact us first if you have a problem so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by Florida law to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable store license. If the law where you live gives you mandatory protections or the right to bring a claim in a local court, those rights remain available. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive your statutory rights to participate in a claim.

Privacy and changes to these terms

Our separate Privacy Policy explains how the app and its service providers handle information. Accepting these Terms is not a substitute for any separate privacy consent required by law.

We may revise these Terms and will update the date above. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice and seek agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen or override the terms of a completed purchase. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the app, subject to your existing rights and any store cancellation process.
