Privacy Policy

Geek Dictionary • Last updated: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Geek Dictionary, LLC and Frame Sixty Labs, LLC handle information in connection with the Geek Dictionary application, website, and related services, including any version made available on a Frame Sixty Labs hardware device (the “App”).

Geek Dictionary, LLC owns and operates the Geek Dictionary app and service. Frame Sixty Labs, LLC publishes and distributes the App, including through the Apple App Store, Google Play, websites, and supported Frame Sixty Labs channels. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Geek Dictionary, LLC and Frame Sixty Labs, LLC, as applicable.

The short version: Geek Dictionary does not collect, track, or share your personal information. There is no account to create, no analytics, no advertising, no crash tracking, and the App requests no device permissions.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We designed Geek Dictionary to work without collecting personal information. Specifically, the App does not:

  • Require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name or email to use it
  • Use analytics, tracking, or usage-measurement tools
  • Display advertising or use advertising identifiers
  • Include crash-reporting or diagnostics tools that send data to us
  • Request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or other device permissions
  • Include third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect your personal information

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Any words, lists, history, or preferences you save in the App are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. This information stays on your device and is removed if you delete the App, subject to your device’s and platform’s own backup settings, which are outside our control.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Geek Dictionary offers optional subscriptions. We do not collect or store your payment details. When you subscribe:

  • Through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase and payment are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. We receive only what is necessary to activate your subscription, such as confirmation that a valid subscription exists. We do not receive your name, card number, or contact details.
  • Through our website or a Frame Sixty Labs device, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor that collects the information needed to complete your purchase under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.

These platforms and processors are independent companies. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Children’s Privacy

Geek Dictionary is a general-audience educational app and is not directed to children under 13. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), or from minors generally.

If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, contact us at sean@framesixtylabs.com and we will address it.

5. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, and we do not use personal information for targeted advertising. Because we do not collect personal information through the App, there is no such information for us to sell or share.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to not be sold to.

Because the App does not collect personal information, we generally hold no personal information to access, correct, or delete. If you have a question or request, contact us at sean@framesixtylabs.com and we will respond as required by law.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The App is distributed and, where applicable, billed through third-party platforms, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, our website host, and our payment processor. Your interactions with those platforms are governed by their respective privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

8. Data Security

Because the App does not collect or transmit your personal information, the primary safeguard for your data is that it remains on your device under your control. For any subscription processing, we rely on the security practices of the relevant app store or payment processor.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where required, provide additional notice. If we ever begin collecting personal information in the future, we will update this policy and obtain any consents required by law before doing so.
