Nebula Glide • Effective: July 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Nebula Glide (“the Game”), published by Frame Sixty Labs LLC. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Game

Nebula Glide is provided free of charge with optional one-time in-app purchases and optional rewarded advertisements.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Game at any time without prior notice.

2. In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional, one-time, non-consumable purchases, including cosmetic comet identities and the Founder Pack.

There are no subscriptions.
No purchases automatically renew.
Purchases are processed entirely through Apple’s App Store or Google Play under their respective payment terms.
Purchases unlock content for the device and store account used to make the purchase.
You may restore eligible purchases at any time using the Restore Purchases option in Settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.

3. Fair Play

The Daily Flight is intended to provide a fair and equal experience for every player. Every participant flies the same corridor, and no purchase, advertisement, or paid content can improve a player’s daily score.

Attempting to manipulate, falsify, exploit, or otherwise interfere with shared scores or gameplay undermines the experience for everyone and is prohibited.

4. Your Content

Any screenshots, shared images, or challenge links you create using the Game belong to you. You are responsible for any content you choose to share publicly.

5. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frame Sixty Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Game.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
