Offline Arcade (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is published by Frame Sixty Labs LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how the app handles your data.
Information We Collect
We do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, photos, microphone audio, camera data, or precise location.
Offline Arcade does not require you to create an account, and we do not operate servers that store user profiles, logins, or gameplay records.
The app does use third-party services for advertising, consent management, and in-app purchases. These third-party services may collect or process certain device-level, advertising, purchase, diagnostic, and usage-related data as described below.
Game Data
Offline Arcade is a collection of casual arcade-style games. Game scores, progress, settings, and preferences may be stored locally on your device using your device’s built-in storage.
We do not upload, sync, or back up your local game scores or progress to our own servers. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your local game data may be permanently removed.
Some third-party services used in the app, such as advertising services, may collect app interaction, advertising, diagnostic, or device-level data as described in this policy.
Advertising
Offline Arcade is free to play and supported by advertising through Google AdMob. The app may display the following ad types:
- Banner ads — small ads displayed on certain screens.
- Interstitial ads — full-screen ads shown occasionally between gameplay sessions or app screens.
- Rewarded ads — optional ads you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards or bonuses.
Google AdMob may collect or process certain data to provide, limit, personalize, measure, and improve advertising. This may include:
- Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers such as IDFA on iOS or advertising ID on Android, where available and permitted.
- Approximate location, which may be derived from your IP address.
- Advertising data, such as information about ads shown, ad impressions, ad clicks, and ad performance.
- Product interaction data, such as app launches, interactions, and ad-related activity.
- Device information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, and general technical information.
- Diagnostic data, such as crash logs and performance data.
Google’s use of this data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Advertising Policies.
Consent & App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, the app may use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework where required. If tracking permission is requested, you can allow or deny tracking through the system prompt. You can also change your choice later in your iOS device settings.
If you deny tracking permission on iOS, the app may still show ads, but ads may be non-personalized or limited depending on your device settings, regional rules, and Google AdMob availability.
In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app may use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) or a similar consent tool to request consent for personalized advertising and related data processing. You may be able to update your consent choices within the app where this feature is available.
Remove Ads Purchase
Offline Arcade offers a one-time Lifetime Remove Ads purchase for $4.99 USD. This purchase removes standard banner and interstitial ads from the app, subject to normal platform purchase validation and restore rules.
The Lifetime Remove Ads upgrade is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. It is not a subscription, does not automatically renew, and does not include recurring billing.
Rewarded ads may remain available after purchasing Remove Ads if they are used for optional in-game rewards or bonuses. You may choose whether or not to watch rewarded ads.
The transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on your device. We do not have access to your credit card number, payment card details, Apple ID password, Google account password, or full billing details.
The app may receive a purchase confirmation, receipt, transaction status, or entitlement status from Apple or Google so the app can unlock or restore your Remove Ads purchase.
Device Permissions
Offline Arcade does not request access to your microphone, camera, photos, contacts, calendar, or precise location.
The app may use your internet connection to load ads, request advertising consent, verify in-app purchases, restore purchases, receive app updates, and communicate with platform services such as the App Store, Google Play, and Google AdMob.
Many gameplay features may work without an internet connection after the app is installed, but advertising, purchase validation, purchase restoration, consent updates, and certain platform services may require internet access.
Smart Review System
The app may occasionally invite you to rate your experience.
If you choose to leave a rating through the native App Store or Google Play rating dialog, your rating is handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies.
If the app opens your device’s email composer for optional feedback, no message is sent unless you choose to send it. If you send an email, we will receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message content, and any technical details you voluntarily provide.
Localization
Offline Arcade may be available in multiple languages. The app may use your device’s system language settings to display appropriate localized text.
We do not store your language preference on our own servers. Third-party services, such as Google AdMob, may process language, region, or device settings as part of advertising, consent, diagnostics, or platform functionality.
Third-Party Services
Offline Arcade may interact with the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob — Ad serving, ad measurement, ad personalization where permitted, diagnostics, and advertising-related functionality. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Advertising Policies.
- Google User Messaging Platform — Consent management for advertising and privacy choices in applicable regions. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Apple — App Store distribution, in-app purchase processing, purchase restoration, and iOS platform services. Subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Play — Android app distribution, in-app purchase processing, purchase restoration, and Android platform services. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not use our own account system, and we do not sell personal information that we directly collect. Third-party advertising services may process data for advertising and measurement according to their own policies and your device, consent, and privacy settings.
Data Retention
Because we do not directly operate user accounts or store gameplay records on our own servers, we do not retain personal account records for Offline Arcade.
Game data stored locally on your device can be deleted by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
For data collected or processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob, Apple, or Google Play, please refer to those providers’ privacy policies for their retention practices.
Children’s Privacy
Offline Arcade is intended for general audiences and is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction.
The app does not knowingly request personal information from children. However, the app may display ads through Google AdMob unless ads have been removed through the Lifetime Remove Ads purchase.
If we learn that we have directly collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the email address below.
Your Rights
Because we do not directly maintain user accounts or personal gameplay records, we may not have an individual user record that we can look up, export, or delete.
You can manage advertising-related choices through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on your device, where you may be able to reset or delete your advertising ID or manage ad personalization.
You may also be able to manage consent choices within the app where consent controls are provided.
