Privacy Policy

Nebula Glide • Effective: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Frame Sixty Labs LLC handles information in connection with the Nebula Glide mobile game and related services (the “Game”).

The short version: Nebula Glide is designed to work without collecting your personal information. The Game has no account system, no sign-in, and no backend server operated by us.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We designed Nebula Glide to respect your privacy. The Game does not:

  • Require you to create an account or sign in
  • Collect your name, email address, or other personal information
  • Track you across apps or websites
  • Request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission
  • Operate a backend server that stores your gameplay data

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Your scores, streaks, unlocked cosmetics, settings, and game progress are stored locally on your device. This information never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it, such as by using the in-game Share feature.

Deleting the Game removes this locally stored data, subject to your device’s own backup and restore settings.

3. Advertising

The Game includes optional, opt-in rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads may be used for features such as reviving a run or doubling cosmetic-currency rewards.

Ads are requested in non-personalized mode. We do not request App Tracking Transparency permission and do not track you across apps.

Google may process limited device information, such as your IP address or device model, to deliver ads and prevent fraud. Please refer to Google’s own privacy documentation for more information.

4. In-App Purchases

Nebula Glide offers optional one-time in-app purchases, including cosmetic unlocks and the Founder Pack.

We never receive or store your payment information. Purchases are processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies.

Your purchase entitlements are stored on your device and store account. If needed, you can restore purchases using the Restore Purchases option in the Game’s Settings.

5. Notifications

If you grant permission, Nebula Glide may schedule a local daily-streak reminder on your device.

These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No notification information is transmitted to us or stored on any server.

6. Children’s Privacy

Nebula Glide does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Rewarded advertisements are shown only when voluntarily requested by the player and are served in non-personalized mode.

7. Your Choices

  • Deleting the Game deletes all locally stored game data.
  • You can disable notifications at any time through your device’s system settings.
  • Rewarded advertisements only play when you choose to watch one.

8. Third-Party Services

The Game relies on third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play, and Google AdMob.

Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review them, as we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

9. Data Security

Because Nebula Glide does not collect or transmit your personal information, your gameplay data remains primarily under your control on your own device.

For purchases and advertising services, we rely on the security practices of Apple, Google Play, and Google AdMob.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If our privacy practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
