These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reverse Audio Pro app (“the app”), published by Frame Sixty Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Reverse Audio Pro, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
Reverse Audio Pro is an audio utility app that allows users to record audio, reverse audio, adjust speed and pitch, apply audio effects, export audio files, and share processed audio using their device’s built-in sharing options.
Free Access
Reverse Audio Pro may offer certain features for free, including recording audio, reversing audio, playback, speed controls, pitch controls, and limited access to audio effects.
Some features may require a one-time Lifetime purchase to unlock full Pro access.
Lifetime Purchase
Reverse Audio Pro offers a one-time Lifetime purchase for $4.99 USD. This purchase unlocks lifetime access to Pro features within the app.
Pro features may include:
- Unlimited audio effect usage
- Exporting processed audio files
- Sharing processed audio files
- Saving audio as supported file formats
- Access to all available Pro audio tools
The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. It is not a subscription, does not automatically renew, and does not include recurring billing.
Purchases & Payments
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, depending on your device.
- The Lifetime purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store or Google through Google Play.
- We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your credit card number, billing information, Apple ID, or Google account details.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
Audio Content
You are responsible for any audio you record, edit, export, or share using Reverse Audio Pro.
You agree not to use the app to create, edit, export, or share audio that violates any law, infringes another person’s rights, or is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
You retain ownership of the audio content you create using the app. We do not claim ownership over your recordings or exported audio files.
Local Audio Processing
Reverse Audio Pro processes audio locally on your device. We do not upload, store, review, or access your audio recordings.
If you choose to export or share audio, the file is handled by your device’s operating system and the third-party apps or services you select.
App License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Reverse Audio Pro for your own personal or lawful creative use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app itself
- Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or platform rules
- Attempt to bypass purchase requirements or unlock paid features without authorization
Third-Party Services
Reverse Audio Pro may interact with third-party services only when necessary for platform features such as purchases, app distribution, file sharing, or operating system functionality.
- Apple — App Store purchase processing and iOS platform services. Subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- Google — Google Play purchase processing and Android platform services, if the app is used on Android. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
No Analytics or Tracking
Reverse Audio Pro does not use analytics, advertising identifiers, third-party tracking tools, or advertising SDKs.

No Warranty
Reverse Audio Pro is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with all devices, or suitable for every audio use case.
Audio export quality, file compatibility, and sharing behavior may vary depending on your device, operating system, file format, and third-party apps used for sharing or playback.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frame Sixty Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Reverse Audio Pro, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of audio files, inability to export, inability to share, or device/software incompatibility.
Access Changes
We may update, modify, add, or remove app features over time. While the Lifetime purchase grants access to Pro features within the app, it does not guarantee that every feature, effect, file format, or platform capability will remain available forever if affected by operating system changes, platform limitations, technical issues, or legal requirements.
Termination
We reserve the right to restrict access to the app or certain features if you violate these Terms, attempt to bypass purchase requirements, misuse the app, or use the app in a way that is unlawful or harmful.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app or on the Terms page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Frame Sixty Labs LLC is incorporated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
