Frame Sixty, LLC ("Frame Sixty", "we", "us") is an app development studio based in Clearwater, Florida, USA. This policy explains what information we collect on framesixty.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Privacy policies for the consumer apps we publish are separate and linked from each app's store listing.
Information you give us
When you use a contact form we collect the details you enter — your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your message. We use them to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. Contact submissions are delivered to our inbox by SendLayer, a transactional email provider, and are not used for marketing unless you separately opt in.
If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and manage the list with Mailchimp. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
If you book a meeting through Calendly, the details you enter are handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy; we receive the booking information you submit there.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location at city level, and how visitors move through the site. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner (managed by CookieYes). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
If you arrive from one of our advertisements, the link may include click identifiers (such as Google's gclid) and campaign labels. We keep them for the duration of your visit and, if you submit a contact form, attach them to your enquiry so we know which advertisement led to it. With your consent to advertising cookies, Google Ads may also use cookies to measure conversions; without that consent, Google receives only aggregated, cookieless signals.
Our contact forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which assesses whether a submission is automated. reCAPTCHA loads when you interact with a form and its use is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure the site. Standard server logs are retained briefly for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and your choices
The cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies by category (analytics, advertising). You can change your choice at any time via the cookie icon in the corner of the page. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.
How long we keep information
Contact enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above (SendLayer, Mailchimp, Google, Calendly, Cloudflare) to the extent needed to operate the site and respond to you, or where the law requires.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emailcontact@framesixty.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Children
framesixty.com is a business site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will be noted prominently.
