Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the WatchLux Faces app (“the app”), published by Frame Sixty Labs LLC (“we,” “our”). By using WatchLux Faces, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

WatchLux Faces is an iPhone app that provides curated watch face artwork for Apple Watch. Users can browse a gallery of watch faces and add them to their Apple Watch using Apple’s native watch face sharing functionality.

Subscription Access

WatchLux Faces is a subscription-based service. Access to the watch face library requires WatchLux+, available as either:

  • A weekly auto-renewable subscription ($4.99/week), starting with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers, or
  • A one-time Lifetime purchase ($19.99) for permanent access.

You can browse the gallery before subscribing, but adding watch faces to your Apple Watch requires an active WatchLux+ subscription, an active free trial, or a Lifetime purchase.

Purchases & Subscriptions

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The weekly subscription automatically renews each week unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
  • The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that does not auto-renew.
  • You can manage and cancel the weekly subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you start a paid subscription.

Watch Face Artwork

All watch face artwork in WatchLux Faces is created by or licensed to Frame Sixty Labs LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the watch faces on your own Apple Watch. You may not:

  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the watch face artwork
  • Extract or repurpose the artwork for use outside of WatchLux Faces
  • Use the artwork in any commercial product or service

Apple Watch Compatibility

WatchLux Faces requires an iPhone paired with an Apple Watch (Series 3 or later, running watchOS 7 or newer). We cannot guarantee compatibility with all Apple Watch models or future watchOS versions. Watch face syncing uses Apple’s native APIs and is subject to Apple’s terms and limitations.

Analytics & Crash Reporting

WatchLux Faces uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect aggregated, non-personal usage data and automated crash reports so we can improve the app and fix bugs. This data does not include personal information and is not used for advertising. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. You can opt out system-wide via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

No Warranty

WatchLux Faces is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. Watch faces are delivered using Apple’s Photos face format, and their appearance may vary depending on your Apple Watch model and settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frame Sixty Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of WatchLux Faces, including but not limited to loss of data or inability to use the app.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the app if these Terms are violated. If your WatchLux+ subscription or free trial ends without renewal (and you have not purchased Lifetime access), you will no longer be able to add new watch faces from the app, though any faces previously synced to your Apple Watch will remain on the watch.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Frame Sixty Labs LLC is incorporated.
