COLLECTED INFORMATION

Frame Sixty App collects some information from you while accessing or using our Services. This information may be collected either directly when you submit to us or automatically as you surf through the App.

We collect user images, video. We send text collected from images/video and send them to Google server for translation.

Some information like iTunes id details and other payment-related information may be collected too for payment and subscription processes. However, if you choose not to submit/provide the mandatory information with respect to a particular activity on the App, you will not be able to engage in such activity.

We also automatically collect your (‘IP’) Internet Protocol address. We use your IP address to keep tracks of visits on our servers and/or software, and/or to manage and maintain our Services and to collect demographic information.

We may also collect certain information cannot be identified with you. Such information tells us about your browsing device, browsing pattern, the part of the App that you access and/or used, like your browser type and operating system. We use another technical mechanism like cookies to help us to deliver an improved and more customized service to our users by enabling us to evaluate usage patterns, and also help to customize our Services according to your choices and preferences.

USING COLLECTED INFORMATION

We only use information collected from you in the following ways:

To provide you with information or services that you request from our App;
If you pay for Services through iTunes account, we will not keep your account data with us but encrypted while using the App.
INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

Frame Sixty will not share, rent or sell your information with third parties aside in ways described in this Privacy Policy.

DATA SECURITY

Frame Sixty will consistently put in place adequate physical, mechanical and managerial security measures to safeguard any information being transmitted through this App from breach or unauthorized access and use. However, no information is completely safe through the internet. You hereby send any information through our App at your own risk, and we shall not be liable or responsible for any data loss or security breach.

UPDATE TO THIS POLICY

Frame Sixty has and reserves the right, in its sole discretion and decision, to change this Policy at any time. All or any changes and updates are effective immediately after posting to this part of the App. Your continued access and use of the App interprets your agreement to all such policies.
